Completely disrespectful, horrible service, receptionist is disgustingly rude. If I could, I would give this place 0 stars. We were told that we had to go this vet because pennington humane society requires that we have our spaying surgery done by them and what a big mistake that was. They used a material that is cheap and makes the healing process longer than need be. Its been a month and our dog is still healing from a surgery that should have taken 2 weeks to heal and has been infected since the day we brought her home. It was swollen, lumpy, and had puss pouring out of it. This has never happened to us in all the other pets we've had in our lives. Because of the poor quality suture they used, it was never absorbed properly and rotted inside her body. We now have to pay 130 bucks for antiobiotics because the vet at this clinic screwed up her surgery. When I tried to explain all of this to the receptionist there, she laughed at me, interupted me, and hung up on me. Please do not bring your pets here. You will regret it.
We have worked with them for over 36 years and they are exceptional with all types of animals. Absolute love how they are with our cattle, horses, and dogs.
